At Fattoria del Colle we produce Chianti Superiore DOCG, Cenerentola DOC Orcia, two IGT Toscana Rosso, Vin Santo and extra virgin olive oil. The walk through our evocative winery begins with a medieval hermitage, crosses the underground portions of the sixteenth-century villa, then rises up to the loft where the Vin Santo is made. The vinification area has state-of-the-art equipment and offers a spectacular panorama of the Crete Senesi.
