The Fattoria del Colle organises, 3 or 1 day courses. The tutor Helle Poulsen Tesio teaches Tuscan gastronomic culture with an attentive eye to novelty as well as the recovery of old recipes. The cooking classes are alternated with wine and oil tastings and guided visits to the vineyards and to the historic areas of the farm. A pleasant way to learn a great deal about Tuscan civilisation.

The price includes:
. Tours of the historic parts and of the wineries of Fattoria del Colle
· Tour of the winery Casato Prime Donne in Montalcino (with own car)
· Guided wine and olive oil tasting
· Learning equipment and final diploma for each course
· Buffet breakfast every morning
· Accommodation in apartments or rooms according to availability
· Linen and final cleaning
· courses 1: Welcome dinner + 3 dinners with the food prepared during the class + 3 light lunches
· course 2: lunch or dinner with the food prepared during the class
The course starts at 10,30 pm till 1.30pm.
The price does not include:
· Journey to and from Fattoria del Colle
