Staying on a farm means being distant from town, and sharing an unusual state of affairs: living in apartments furnished with antique furniture, watching television with other guests, sitting at the table without a tie just like at college, walking about admiring never-ending landscapes,  learning together the difference between two vintages of wine or two types of oil.

The Staff. Alessia, Serena and Bonella are available to help the organizers and can collaborate with other personnel with specific preparation. They speak English, French, German, and Japanese. In 2007 Fattoria del Colle hosted courses of Team Building from Sweden and Germany. The meeting rooms: in the winery seats for 40 pax; in the billiard room for 10 pax. There is a projector available.
