The Osteria di Donatella is situated inside the 16th-century estate. The chef proposes traditional dishes from the Sienese countryside matched with the great red wines from the two wineries. The Osteria has an inside dining room with floral decorations and a veranda with a panoramic view of the vineyards and of the village of Trequanda. The friendly and informal atmosphere and the attention to detail make the Osteria di Donatella an ideal place for dinners for groups or couples, working lunches, meetings, parties and banquets. |

We have more than 40 recipes, including Crostini neri, Zuppa trequandina, Zuppa di pane con lo zampino, Pinci con la nana, Carne avvolta della trebbiatura, Cavolo rifatto, Panforte and Cantucci. From May to September the restaurant offers gourmet workshops and dinners with a theme, as described in the weekly program of activities:
Monday: 6:00 p.m., gourmet workshop: lesson on pinci, local handmade pasta.
Dinner – menu with pinci in several sauces.
Tuesday: Dishes cooked with wine.
Thursday: 6:00. pm., gourmet workshop: together we will make bread and pizza.
Pizza party – buffet dinner with pies, pizza and focaccia.
Friday: Mixed grill.
Saturday: menu à la carte.
Sunday: menu à la carte. |
