Farmholidays in Tuscany |
| |
| |
| |
Traditional country hospitality is offered to guests in what were once peasant dwellings. Adorned with simple, original furnishings, these charming farmhouses provide welcoming, modern comfort. For a more exclusive stay, there is the finery of the bedroom made for the Grand Duke of Tuscany and his amorous trysts. For lovers of “educational” farm holidays in Tuscany, the estate organises cookery and wine tasting courses, and guided tours through the countryside. The most historic parts of the villa, the chapel and the medieval hermitage may all be visited. |

The apartments: 19 apartments of different sizes, to sleep two, four and six people. From just one night to stays that last several weeks. The apartments are in the main villa and in the nearby farmhouses. Their names tell their story and reflect the activities that were carried out there in the past. Their decor mirrors the simplicity and culture of the area with its antique furniture—comfortable rather than luxurious. Each apartment is made up of one or more bedrooms, sitting room with a cooking area, and at least one bathroom with shower and independent central heating.
