The price includes all of the activities described in the program except for the massage which is to be arranged at the moment of the booking in so deciding the type of massage.

 

 

 

4:30 p.m. Arrival at the estate and settle into room or apartment

 

5:00 p.m. Fattoria del Colle, guided tour of Donatella Cinelli Colombini’s villa and winery: hall of the coat of arms, kitchen with a monumental fireplace, bedroom that once belonged to the Grand Duke of Tuscany, 16th century crape, a return to Tuscany from the past. After the tour we will visit the historical cellar and have a tasting of Doc Orcia and Chianti Superiore Docg wines and then a tasting of our extra virgin olive oil.

 

8:00 p.m. Fattoria del Colle: Welcome aperitif and candlelit dinner with a menu of traditional Tuscan dishes with two wines included

 

 

8,30 – 10,00 am Breakfast with a spectacular buffet of cold cuts, cheeses, home made cakes, pinzimonio and farmhouse omelettes 

 

10,00 am – 12.00  midday  Two hour  Wellness experience. We will give you two wine goblets and a bottle of  Rosso di Montalcino to toast in front of the Crete Senesi panorama.

 

 

Two hour wellness experience. The wellness centre has been created at the back of the 16th century villa in front of a breathtaking view. Inside comfort cohabits with the stone walls and the hand made tiles with 19 century designs. This is an exclusive place; only 6 people at a time so as to guarantee peace and relax necessary to regenerate. The wellness centre has a Turkish bath, sauna, relaxation room, sensorial shower, Kniepp experience and Jacuzzi.

 

MASSAGES to be arranged at the moment of booking the stay deciding duration and price. The extra virgin olive oil together with the natural essences are from the Sienese countryside.

 

La natura ti fa bella – (Nature makes you beautiful) shower with essential oils, such as rosemary which gives elasticity and invigorates the skin, followed by a face and body treatment with olive oil, with its antioxidant and nourishing effect, finally,  with 4 essences from the Tuscan countryside, a draining massage, purifying, calming and soothing. This treatment is particularly apt for those who require a relaxing approach for wellness. Lasts 2 hours   € 180

 

Face Mousse with poliphenols from grapes to rejuvenate and give back elasticity to the face. Lasts 40 minutes € 70.

 

Ayurvedic  - delicate massage for the whole body with warm oils, very enveloping and invigorating. Gives back energy recuperates vital functions through a balancing of energies. It improves blood circulation and strengthens tissues. Lasts 90 minutes € 100

 

Shiatsu - enveloping and regenerating. Of Japanese origin, this massage tank to a light but deep pressure on meridian passage points, gives Energy and wellbeing to the whole body, it frees the body and mind from tension. Excellent for neck and juncture pains, insomnia and stress. Lasts 90 minutes € 90

 

Massages with essential oils –slow, very slow movements, to allow the essences to penetrate through the skin, combined with the natural perfuse released give wellbeing and a deep relaxation of the body and mind. Lasts 60 minutes € 80

 

 

1,00 pm Lunch in the Osteria di Donatella at Fattoria del Colle with a light lunch where the Leone Rosso Doc Orcia wine is included

 

Departure (with your own car) for a tour to discover of the small cities of art a short distance away: Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia and Bagno Vignoni, Montepulciano, Cortona ….. We advise Sheppard’s Ragnaia, the castle and the truffle museum at San Giovanni d’Asso as well as the Monte Oliveto Maggiore abbey with its large cloister with frescoes by Sodoma and Signorelli.

Or, for those who prefer to dedicate their whole day to their wellness we suggest the Bagno Vignoni thermal spa, the Antica Querciolaia thermal baths in Rapolano Terme and Fonteverde in San Casciano dei Bagni which are all very close to Fattoria del Colle.
