Donatella Cinelli Colombini’s husband Carlo was born in Siena in 1951 and graduated in Economics in his hometown university with top marks.

In 2010 he concluded his banking career in Florence at the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro where he had been in charge of training personnel for the Tuscany, Umbria, Marche and Abruzzo branches. He has a great passion for wines and is particularly keen on dessert wines and a great advocate of dessert wines and Vin Santo ‘Occhio di Pernice’ . He loves cooking and has created some of the restaurant recipes together with the chefs.
