Times of the courses
- 9.45am meeting with the tutor
- 10 am the course begins
- 1 pm Lunch with the tutor and awarding of the diplomas
- 3.30 pm itinerant tasting of four wines and guided tour of the Sixteenth century Chapel and the historical halls of the villa, the production and barrel ageing wineries of the Chianti Superiore and Orcia Doc wines, the Brunello Infernotto and the Vin Santo attic.
Included in the price: 1-day Italian cookery course (in English, Scandinavian or Italian), 1 meal with the prepared dishes with water and wine included, informative material and diploma, guided tour of Fattoria del Colle winery and the estate, a wine tasting and an extra virgin olive oil tasting
Not included in the price: Beverages not foreseen in the program and other extras.
