An evening not to be missed by those who love music, dancing, wine and gourmet food. Allows one to rediscover tastes thanks to the music and different locations with a multisensory game that will surprise the less expert but also the more demanding wine experts.

Live music with Andrea Pinsuti composer, singer and songwriter, multi-instrumentalist. Disco music

• IGT Sanchimento a “semi orange” produced with a mixed technique in amphora and traditional in combination with the “condito” made with vegetables from the Fattoria del Colle garden

• Leone Rosso DOC Orcia with Chianti tuna

• Cenerentola Doc Orcia with pappardelle served with wild boar sauce and flakes of Panforte

• Brunello 2019 with Brunello braised beef and potato millefeuille

• Brunello Riserva 2018 with aged pecorino

• Spumante Metodo Classico Brut rosé is offered in three different environments: with slow dancing in the cellar where the lights create a magical atmosphere, with the tasting of truffle crostini and in the vineyard hunting for shooting stars and romantic hugs.
