Arrival and check in to rooms. The country inn offers hospitality in the old farmhouses where the farmers used to live. The furniture is mostly authentic but there is modern comfort also.
8.00 pm Dinner in front of the fireplace. Four course meal including Pinci –a typical fresh handmade pasta from the Siena region- and the Tagliata di bue chianino, strips of Chianina beef steak, this breed comes from this region and it is the largest working and meat ox in the world. The dishes will be matched with 3 glasses of fine wines.

10,00 am brief cookery lesson dedicated t pinci a typical fresh handmade pasta from the Siena region. And a demonstration on whipped ricotta.

8,00 pm Candle lit dinner at the Osteria della Fattoria del Colle, the menu includes 4 courses among which Pappardelle con il sugo di cinghiale or Ravioli ripieni di peposo (Peposo is a Tuscan recipe from Renaissance times and according to legend was created by Filippo Brunelleschi). The fine red wines from Donatella Cinelli Colombini wineries will transform the dinner into something memorable.
