Then the  guided tour of the vegetable garden and the vineyards at Fattoria del Colle (Sunday 10,30 am). This includes a tasting of Doc Orcia Cenerentola, of another two wines and of the 2019 extra virgin olive oil enrich the stay with new experiences.
At Fattoria del Colle the restaurant serves dinners based on 6 samplings of traditional recipes prepared by Alessandro the chef. He gives you an overview of Tuscan flavours: Pinci, Pappardelle, sugo di nana or aglione, Scottiglia, Peposo, Latte in piedi and Ricotta montata …

The two halls in the restaurant and the large outside area allow the tables to be well distanced so that guests will eat in privacy and safety.…
