Donatella Cinelli Colombini has a husband Carlo Gardini and a cellar master Barbara Magnani who are both passionate about sweet wines.


They taste them, they buy them, and for some time now they have been wanting to make a dessert wine with the Traminer grapes from the small vineyard above the chapel at Fattoria del Colle whereas Donatella only likes red wines aged in barrel. The  “passito” subject caused continuous quarrels between husband and wife.


In 2010 Carlo took things into his own hands, he bought the baskets for the drying out of the grapes, a small vat and an oak barrel. Barbara took care of the grapes and the wine daily. At the end the result obtained is even better than their wildest dreams: only 350 bottles of exceptional quality.

Full, sweet with hints of flowers, honey and yellow fruits.

Service temperature




This is a wine apt for meditation and is perfectly matched with aged and blue-cheeses, dry biscuits and especially with almonds
