12,00 am Cheese Experience Discover how cheese is born through the home production of Raviggiolo
1,00 pm Tasting experience lunch with Bruschetta and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, freshly made Raviggiolo (creamy soft cheese) and a tasting of 7 cheeses, 1 soup and a glass of wine (28 euro). Through anecdotes of their centennial history of the products of excellence the lunch becomes a discovery of tastes and knowledge regarding the Sienese countryside.
Upon request it is possible to book a tasting-dish of 8 cold cuts rather than the 8 cheeses.
