A full immersion on Sangiovese, on the history of wine in Tuscany and on Brunello for those who want to discover truths and legends, oenology and pleasures

2 hours of frontal lesson with the help of power points and the tasting of 4 Tuscan DOCG, including Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti Classico and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Guided tour of the vineyard and cellars at Fattoria del Colle where Chianti Superiore and Orcia Doc wines are refined.
A sommelier as a tutor who will trace the history of Tuscan wine from its origins , over 2000 years ago, to the latest novelties regarding the main DOCG wines.
A mix of technical information, anecdotes, legends and images that make the lesson a compelling and enriching experience.
