Guided tour of the Casato Prime Donne winery to discover how Brunello, the prestigious refined wine, is born and aged in barrels interspersed with frescoes depicting the history of Montalcino, that the tour with anecdotes and memoirs.
Italian cookery course dedicated to 3 traditional Tuscan antipasti and a dessert, to be chosen among the following: acciughe sotto pesto, uova ripiene, lardo del Chianti, salsa di baccalà per crostini, pesce finto, panzanella. Dessert ricotta montata.
Brunch with wine tasting of Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino.
