Experience that begins in the organic vineyards to see Sangiovese vines of different ages and planted on different soils. It continues by showing the vinification and barrel maturation rooms with the tasting of two future Brunello from barrels, and then reaches the key moment in the large tasting room where participants will taste 4 Brunello di Montalcino with crackers aged pecorino from the Chironi dairy. These are two vintages of Brunello, a Brunello Riserva and an old vintage taken directly from our library.
