DONATELLA CINELLI COLOMBINI PRESENTS CALICI DI STELLE 2026
JULY 30TH, 2026 IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE IN THE WORLD, FOR AN EVENING OF ENTERTAINING STORIES, LIVE MUSIC, FINE WINES AND A MODERN TAKE ON TUSCAN CUISINE
Celebrate with us Calici di Stelle 2026.
Join us on Thursday, July 30, from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM at Fattoria del Colle in Trequanda for an open-air evening celebrating Brunello and great Tuscan wines.
Actress Silvia Priscilla Bruni will bring these wines to life through entertaining storytelling, followed by music featuring the voice and instrumentation of Andrea Pinsuti.
It is Andrea’s music that will welcome guests to the Vecchio Frantoio park, where savoury “schiacciata” flatbread and a Metodo Classico Brut Rosé Spumante made from 100% Sangiovese grapes will be served. The Littorio clothing boutique and Gloria del Dottore’s Profumeria Nella will be showcasing their latest offerings in this area.
Before dinner, Silvia Priscilla Bruni will begin a humorous storytelling session—a true yet entertaining account of the history of wine that serves as an introduction to the meal.
THE MENU
The buffet features eight traditional dishes with a modern twist, showcasing centuries-old heritage alongside contemporary creativity: pork loin carpaccio, “bombette” (meat rolls) with ground meat and scamorza cheese, and sopressata salad—all prepared by Macelleria Belli of Torrita, a local standout known for transforming tradition into modern delicacies.
To these, Fattoria del Colle chef Doriana Marchi will add Panzanella, followed by Val d’Orcia wheat pasta with a traditional Tuscan sauce and Pinci pasta with aglione (giant garlic) sauce.
The wine pairings celebrate the summer season and honour the renowned cellars of Donatella Cinelli Colombini: Sanchimento IGT Toscana Bianco (white), Rosa di Tetto IGT Toscana Rosato (rosé), the Super Tuscan “Il Drago e le 8 Colombe” IGT Toscana Rosso (red), and Brunello di Montalcino.
The evening concludes on a high note with two traditional local sweet delicacies—meringues (or “sospiri”) with cream from Castiglion d’Orcia and Schiacciata from Rapolano—accompanied by Passito di Traminer and Spumante. This marks the start of the second part of the evening, once again featuring actress Silvia Priscilla Bruni and the music of Andrea Pinsuti.
I will wrap up the description of the evening with a few words about them
