DONATELLA CINELLI COLOMBINI PRESENTS CALICI DI STELLE 2025
PIZZA, FINE WINES, SELFIES, MUSIC, DANCING AND A BUFFET DINNER FOR AN EVENING AMONG THE VINEYARDS, CHASING SHOOTING STARS, NIGHT SCENTS AND SPECIAL GELATO CREATED FOR THE OCCASION
Evening of August 7th at Fattoria del Colle in Trequanda for “Calici di Stelle,” featuring a program full of delightful experiences. The evening begins with a walk to panoramic spots perfect for sunset selfies.
An evening accompanied by four outstanding wines: Brut Metodo Classico sparkling wine, the Supertuscan Rosato Rosa di Tetto, Orcia Doc Cenerentola, and Brunello 2018—Donatella Cinelli Colombini’s favorite vintage.
Music by Andrea Pinsuti will enhance the dinner atmosphere and then set the mood for dancing. The night’s scents curated by Gloria Del Dottore will offer new sensations of relaxation—and even a touch of sensuality.
The aperitif will feature pizza, in keeping with the national theme of Calici di Stelle 2025. Naturally, dinner is planned as a joyful party in the farmyard. The grand finale will feature artisanal gelato specially created by master gelato maker Nicola Sgarbi of Gelateria Buon Gusto.
The event begins at 6:30 PM on Thursday, August 7th, in front of the Chapel of Fattoria del Colle, which will be open for the occasion. The photographic tour starts here, passing through the Italian-style garden with potted lemon trees, crossing the historic wine cellar, reaching the “Italia Oak” (a monumental tree planted around 1860), and the Cinderella mural, finally concluding at the panoramic terrace. A special selfie frame will be available to make your photos unforgettable—so don’t forget your smartphones!

Dinner will take place in the park of the old olive mill, where Andrea Pinsuti will set up his multi-instrumental music station.
Aperitif with pizza and two extraordinary, yet very different, rosé wines: the 2020 vintage Brut Metodo Classico sparkling wine made exclusively from Sangiovese, and the Supertuscan Rosa di Tetto 2024 in its brand-new version with low alcohol content yet remarkable structure.
At 8:30 PM, the saxophone of Andrea Pinsuti will accompany guests to the restaurant’s veranda, where they’ll find traditional long farmhouse tables and the festive string lights typical of farmyard celebrations.
The buffet, prepared by Fattoria del Colle’s chef Doriana Marchi, will include crêpes, pasta with “bugiardo” sauce, panzanella, roast suckling pig “porchetta-style,” and a freshly made meat aspic from Salumeria Belli.
Sommelier Alfredo Biagi will serve and explain two extraordinary wines: the Orcia Doc Cenerentola 2021 as a preview tasting, and the Brunello 2018 “Late Vintage Release,” a limited edition of just 3,000 numbered bottles.
Returning to the park of the old olive mill marks the beginning of the night’s rituals: evocative lighting in the trees, and the seductive aromas of artistic perfumery by Gloria Del Dottore, who will invite each guest to “dress” in a fragrance matching their personality—playful, relaxed, or sensual.
Dancing will begin with music by Andrea Pinsuti, and to sweeten the finale, there will be gelato specially created by Nicola Sgarbi.
