In the cellar of Casato Prime Donne there are fermentation tanks but also panels and videos with the history and traditions of Montalcino. In the Sangiovese BIO vineyards, there is also a trekking route that allows you to regenerate in front of breathtaking views and stops where there are works by contemporary artists and phrases written by great women that help you meditate. They are Alessandro Grazi’s elves, the Modernacolo created for Carla Fendi, Carlotta Parisi’s wheel-barrels… This is why the visit to Casato Prime Donne is different from any other and the itinerant tasting of Rosso di Montalcino, Brunello di Montalcino and Brunello Riserva allows you to take a journey that enriches you with sensations and emotions. The first two tastings are accompanied by pieces of bread and pecorino cheese of different ages.
