The historic Fattoria del Colle, built in 1592 and preserved intact for over four centuries, offers guests the charm of ancient Tuscan homes, with rooms furnished with authentic antiques, traditional cuisine, vineyards, a wine cellar, and a space dedicated to natural wellness.

• Independent trek through the Brunello vineyards
