For wine lovers, this is a fun yet highly informative experience dedicated to wine enthusiasts who want to challenge themselves by creating their own Super Tuscan.

Test your skills and discover the art of creating your own Super Tuscan. This experience is designed for those who want to immerse themselves in the world of winemaking and challenge themselves to balance acids, tannins, alcohol, and fruit to create a perfectly balanced wine.
It’s a game, but not entirely. After visiting the cellars, you’ll create your own “Supertuscan,” a wine produced by blending Tuscan, Italian, and international grape varieties without complying with DOC or DOCG regulations. You’ll have three wines made in the same vintage from different grape varieties, vinified and aged separately. Using graduated cylinders and tasting glasses, you’ll blend them to create your own Supertuscan, cork it, label it, and take it home to taste with friends. Comparing the blend with the same blend made by our winemakers will allow you to evaluate the result. At the end, you’ll receive a diploma as a memento of your “winemaker for a day” experience.
