For wine lovers who want to test themselves by creating their own Supertuscan
The “Winemaker Experience” is almost a game, but not totally: the experience allows participants to create their own “Supertuscan” wine, and to understand how to balance alcohol, tannins, acids and fruit to achieve perfect harmony. In the end everyone can give a name to their wine, bottle it to take home, and receive a diploma. The experience includes tasting three barrel samples and three bottled wines (including our Supertuscan)
