Visit to organic vineyards and cellars with a tasting of three wines and a sensorial experience that teaches to listen to the vines.
The organic vineyards are the protagonists of a tour that starts from the Sangiovese and Foglia Tonda vines and teaches how to distinguish varieties, ages and moments of the vegetative cycle. The room that teaches you to listen to the vines at 4 times of the year and at different times of the day is at the beginning of the visit to the cellars which passes through the vat room where truncated cone cement vats, steel vats and amphorae have a specific use. The underground rooms where, at different temperatures, sparkling wine and red wine are refined. The cellar with barrels and tonneaux, the vinsantaia in the attic, Donatella Cinelli Colombini’s personal bottle library and the infernotto of the antique Brunello bottles.
Finally, the tasting of 3 wines: the Leone Rosso and the Cenerentola Orcia Doc and the Brunello di Montalcino paired with small pieces of Tuscan seasoned salami.
