Three wines whose aromas are refined, clean, complex, with balsamic note and hints of spices and red wood berries. In the mouth they are very elegant, velvety, full, intense and persistent.
We advise to match them with important meat dishes and aged cheese serving the wines at room temperature, (18/20°C) in crystal balloon shaped wine goblets.
Open at least one hour before serving.
Home ageing: Three different vintages but all of the same importance with a potential for ageing, even more than 20 years. Keep the bottles lying down in a cool and dark place.
