PASSITO DA UVE DI TRAMINER AROMATICO 2018 BIO
This wine is intended for great lovers of sweet wines and is presented in small blue cases which enhance its exclusive and precious character. The Passito is obtained from the Traminer Aromatico grapes from the vineyard surrounding the chapel at Fattoria del Colle. It is located 404 meters above sea level. All of the process is very artisanal: after the grapes are handpicked they are stored in crates where they dry in the sun.
Definitely a meditation wine that goes perfectly with mature and blue cheeses. Excellent at the end of a meal with dry biscuits, especially if almond-based.
BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO DOCG 2018 BIO

ed on the northern side of the Montalcino hill , at 225 meters above sea level with Pliocene soils of clay and marine sand. There are 17 hectares of Sangiovese vineyards grown organically and the winery. Casato is the first winery in Italy with an all-female staff and has belonged to Donatella Cinelli Colombini’s family for over 400 years.
The distinctive elements of Brunello 2018 are the richness of aromas thanks to the enormous temperature variations between night and day of the maturation period and its modern style. Approachable and able to last it is well matched with important meat dishes and aged cheeses.
