The ranking 50 Top Italy with the best 50 Italian restaurants in the world is available online and is the first result of the LSDM project (historical congress of kitchen author that takes place in Paestum) curated by its creators, Barbara Guerra and Albert Sapere, along with the journalist Luciano Pignataro.

 

50 TOP ITALY BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANTS IN THE WORLD

The initiative turns the spotlight on Italian haute cuisine everywhere in the world highlights its worldwide spread, in fact Europe excels with 18 names, but does not dominate the scene. North America has 16 restaurants in the rankings, (14 in the United States and 2 in Canada) Asia 10, Latin America 3, Australia 1, 1 in South Africa and 1 in the Arab Emirates.

NEW YORK THE CITY WHERE ITALIAN FOOD IS BETTER

The flagship city of Made in Italy cuisine is New York with 7 restaurants followed by Paris and Hong Kong with 4 and Geneva with 3.
