Places like the Fattoria del Colle built in 1592 and remained almost intact for centuries with the incredibly beautiful panorama of the Val d’Orcia and the Crete Senesi surrounding it. This is the countryside of great red wines and the most ancient Tuscan cuisine which, together with
some sins of gluttony, offers places of faith such as the abbeys of Sant’Antimo and Monte Oliveto Maggiore where you can listen to Gregorian chants.
