Towels and bath towels with a honeycomb weaving, hemstitched, resembling those our grandmothers had, but instead are the novelty at Toscana Lovers, the handicraft boutique

Today the bath towels and towels in cotton with the bees nest weaving are synonymous of a super luxury hotel, in other words they are present on refined places where one is comforted with accessories which are able to give pleasure. And in fact, cotton woven with this design is the cloth which best dries you after a bath, softly enveloping your body. The waving is in three dimensions, a surface relief grating in the deep recesses of the holes. Suitable for towels and bathrobes because of its ability to absorb water.
“Toscana lovers” the boutique where one can finds the best Tuscan handicraft in the heart of Siena (Piazza Indipendenza just round the corner from Piazza del Campo where the Palio race is run) has decided to propose these towels in white with a hemstitch finish.

They look like those from long ago but in reality the are a novelty!

To create them, “Toscana lovers” has used a small laboratory in Sinalunga,

called “ Creazioni Lucia”, which for the past 30 years has made linen for the bedroom and bathroom in a very attentive and traditional manner.

Her in the photographs we can see the towels together with bathroom accessories which are particularly refined and extremely Tuscan. . The soaps by Alighiero Campostrini, who has a laboratory in Florence existent since 1894, are aromatized with natural fragrances and ingredients such as lavender, pomegranate, extra virgin olive oil, violet and the famous iris from the Florence hills.

We also sell soap dishes and toiletry sets by Ceramiche Virginia, an artisan laboratory that for the past 40 years has united innovation in design to a centenary tradition in the ceramic district in Montelupo.
