Getting married in Tuscany, among the Chianti and Orcia DOC organic vineyards, in the “most beautiful wine in the world”. In front of the wonderful landscape of the Crete Senesi and Valdorcia. It looks like a movie, but instead it’s reality.
In a 16th century farm that has remained intact over time, with historic gardens, monumental halls, winery and restaurant. Almost a small rural hamlet where the old farmhouses have been transformed into rooms and apartments for tourists (106 beds) and are furnished with authentic antiques that transmit warmth and intimacy.

In the summer of 2022 some midweek dates are still available while the 2023 calendar is almost entirely empty. Obviously the weddings organized from Monday to Thursday have the advantage of a lower cost (10% or more off both the party and overnight stays). Not a bad choice, Donatella Cinelli Colombini got married on Thursday too!
CIVIL, SYMBOLIC OR RELIGIOUS BUT NOT CATHOLIC WEDDINGS
At the Fattoria del Colle civil ceremonies, non-Catholic religious rites and symbolic ceremonies are possible.

The novelties, compared to the past, are the panoramic terrace where you can organize welcome toasts or aperitifs, the restyling of the woods in front of the villa with two new areas and the coloured lights that create a fairy tale atmosphere especially apt for the cutting of the cake. Finally, the air-conditioned old barn, where parties can continue until late at night, with an open bar and DJ, thanks to the shielding of the “sound absorbing” windows.
The strong point of weddings at Fattoria del Colle are the fine wines: Brunello, Orcia Doc, Chianti Superiore and Supertuscan to which the Spumante Brut rosé Classic method has recently been added, produced in only 1.400 bottles.

VINEYARDS AND BARRELS FOR THE PHOTO SETS AND FINE WINES FOR THE TABLE BUT ALSO TO ENTERTAIN THE GUESTS
The barrels in the cellar and the vineyards are splendid photo sets but, occasionally, they also host ceremonies and cake cutting. Above all, they render, put on the table, super-awarded wines that transform the wedding dinner into a princely banquet. It is also possible to customize the label with the date and name of the wedding couple, to have something exclusive on the table or use it as a wedding favour. Donatella Cinelli Colombini’s two wineries – Casato Prime Donne in Montalcino (Brunello) and Fattoria del Colle in Trequanda (Chianti, Doc Orcia and Supertuscan) – also offer other opportunities for guests in the days before or after the wedding. Guided tours, tastings, cooking lessons and other experiences can be organized.
VERY SUGGETIVE LOCATIONS FOR APERITIFS, BANQUETS AND WEDDING PARTIES

The most spectacular thing are the locations for aperitifs, banquets, cake cutting and dancing that each couple can choose and set up as they like to make their dream come true and make their wedding unique.
The Fattoria del Colle has a restaurant and a chef who is entrusted with the realization of the wedding banquets. The style has the elegant simplicity of the countryside, the quality deriving from excellent raw materials and also from the vegetable garden. The dishes are the slightly updated Tuscan ones: in the buffet of appetizers pappa col pomodoro, donzelline with ham, flans, crostini … on the table crespelle with pecorino cheese and ricotta, maltagliati with wild boar sauce and panforte flakes, handmade pinci with aglione from the Valdorcia or duck sauce from the Valdichiana, medallion of Chianina ox with Brunello sauce, scottiglia di Montalcino … the tableau with the seats at the table and the menu printed with the name of the couple are included.

The Fattoria del Colle staff, led by Sara Mazzeschi, is able to transform every dream of the couple into reality: from the harp playing during the wedding ceremony, to the natural wellness area with the wine therapy tub and the room for the couple’s massage … . And then flowers, screen and projector, photographer and video maker… even the cake made by a world champion pastry chef.
